GR 55 has spring safety lock gives good resistance to accidental opening by vibration.
GR 88 has padlock hasp without spring safety lock.
Assembly rivets made in stainless steel 18/8 in all cases.
A version of this latch with a hooked link is available - GR 57

Locking of the lever on the mounting bracket resulting in very high resistance to vibrations and shocks tending to open the toggle.
